Made from flax seeds. Because of delay in shipping may have slight bitter taste.

Daily dose

1 teaspoon 30 minutes before eating

How to use walnut oil?

Keep away from light and heat in order to preserve its beneficial properties.

Adults:

1 teaspoon of oil 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. 1 tablespoon before bedtime helps to cleanse the liver and bile ducts, restoring the gastric mucosa.

Children

For children 1 to 3 years of age add 3-5 drops
3 to 6 years add 5-10 drops
6 to 10 years add 2.5 ml
Above 10 years add 1 teaspoon

Pregnant women:

Take 1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day with salad.

Applied, topically:

Walnut oil lubricates damaged areas of the skin.

Other usage

Oils can be added to cereals, salads, and vinaigrettes as a vitamin and flavoring supplement.

The results of usage

Results are noticeable within 1-2 months of regular use.
