Oil extraxcted from walnuts
Cold-pressed walnut oil contains biologically active compounds, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.
Adults: 1 teaspoon of oil 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. 1 tablespoon before bedtime helps to cleanse the liver and bile ducts, restoring the gastric mucosa. For children 1 to 3 years of age add 3-5 drops, 3 to 6 years add 5-10 drops, 6 to 10 years add 2.5 ml and above 10 years add 1 teaspoon of walnut oil to cereals, salads ,vinaigrette as a vitamin and flavoring supplement. Pregnant women: 1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day with salad.
Results are noticeable within 1-2 months of regular use.

The oil can be consumed orally or applied topically. Applied, topically walnut oil lubricates damaged areas of the skin.
