Oil made from sunflower seeds
Cold-pressed sunflower oil contains biologically active compounds, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.
Use 3-4 teaspoon a day. Over time, you can increase the portion to 3 tablespoon a day.
It can be mixed with various salads, cottage cheese or yogurt, fruit juice or honey.

Dosage
The oil can be consumed orally or applied topically. Apply topically to massage damaged areas of the skin.
