Cold-pressed sesame seed oil contains biologically active compounds, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.
Use 1-2 teaspoons 3 times a day with meals.
Results are noticeable within 1-2 months of regular use.

Consumption
The oil can be consumed orally or applied topically. When applied topically it improves skin elasticity and prevents the formation of wrinkles.
When consumed orally:
- sesame oil contains the antioxidants sesamol and sesaminol which prevent cell breakdown as well as have anti-inflammatory properties, promoting tissue and cell regeneration
