Cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil contains biologically active compounds, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.
1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day.
The oil can be mixed into cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit juice or honey.
Results are noticeable within 1-2 months of regular use.

Consumption
The oil can be consumed orally or applied topically. When applied topically, it improves skin condition, fights acne and dermatitis, reduces irritation and inflammation, strengthens hair and nails.
