Oil extracted from flax seeds
Flaxseed oil has a nutty aroma with a mild hint of the taste of caviar, a characteristic of its omega-3 fats.
Start using 1 teaspoon 20 minutes before meals and at bedtime. Gradually the dose can be increased to 1 tablespoon.
The oil can be mixed into cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit juice or honey.
Results are noticeable within 1-2 months of regular use.

The oil can be consumed orally or applied topically. Externally, it is used to moisturize skin and nourish hair for shine and growth.
