Cold-pressed black cumin seed oil contains biologically active compounds, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.
Start using Β½-1 teaspoon each 10-15 minutes before meals, 2 times a day.
The oil can be mixed into cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit juice or honey.
Results are noticeable within 1-2 months of regular use.
