Oil extracted from apricot kernels
Cold-pressed apricot kernel oil contains biologically active compounds, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.
Orally, use 1 teaspoon of apricot kernel oil 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
As the name suggests, apricot kernel oil is obtained from the pulp of the apricot, and more specifically, the bitter and sweet seeds of the apricot.
Results are noticeable within 1-2 months of regular use.
